(Aka the life changing loaf of bread)</p>
<p>This bread is wheat and dairy free and full of protein</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1cup/135g sunflower seeds</li>
<li>1/2 cup/90g flax seds</li>
<li>1/2 cup/ 65g hazel or almond nuts</li>
<li>1 1/2 cups/145g rolled oats</li>
<li>2 tbspns. chia seeds</li>
<li>4 tbspns psyllium seed husks (3tbspns. If using psyllium husk powder)</li>
<li>1tspn. Fine grain sea salt (1/2 tspn. If using coarse)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>1 tbspn. Maple syrup (sugar free diet use pinch of stevia)</li>
<li>3 tbspns. Melted coconut oil or ghee</li>
<li>1 1/2 cups/350mls water</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>NOTE:</strong><br />
Use a flexible silicon loaf pan ( or the muffin silicon pan) to cook this bread!</p>
<p><strong>How to make it:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>  Mix all if the dry ingredients together</li>
<li>  Melt the coconut oil, add syrup and water &#8211; whisk to mix them</li>
<li>  Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix very well together</li>
<li>  Put mixture into silicon container</li>
<li>  Leave to sit for at least 2 hours or over-night so that mixture soaks</li>
<li>  Cook for 20 mins @ 350F/175C/gas 6- then take tray out of oven and turn it upside down on wire tray</li>
<li>  Put back in the oven for another 30-40 mins</li>
<li>  You can slice and freeze it for use later</li>
